1. ORDER & SHIPPING

1.1. Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Due to our global dropshipping model, after processing (1-3 days), delivery      typically takes between 8 to 20 business days. This depends on your           location and the current shipping situation.

1.2. Q: What happens if my order is lost or excessively delayed?

A: We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee. If tracking information does not show delivery within 45 days from the shipping date, we will issue a full refund. (Refunds are not issued for delays before the 45-day mark).

1.3. Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes, a tracking number is provided for all orders. You will receive it via email within 1-5 days after your order has shipped.

1.4. Q: Am I responsible for Customs Duties or Taxes?

A: Yes. All international customs duties, fees, or taxes are the customer's responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot issue refunds for them.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

2.1. Q: Can I return the item I purchased?

A: Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

2.2. Q: What if I change my mind about a product?

A: Our 14-day return policy includes 'Change of Mind' returns, aligning with EU consumer law. You may request a return within 14 days if you simply no longer want the product.

2.3. Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: Please contact us at kausarhashmi065@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Important: Do not send the item back to the original sender (supplier) address. Wait for our specific return instructions.

2.4. Q: When will I get my refund?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

2.5. Q: What items are non-refundable?

A: Refunds or returns are not accepted for: Customer error (incorrect address), Custom/personalized products, and items purchased on SALE (which are generally final sale).
